This ECS project was to cleanout and restore a condo that had been rented to a gentlemen for over 20 years. The unit was in really bad shape to include the browning of what was white paint, to the carpet that worn down to the ground. ECS gave this client a cost effective proposal that allowed them to sell the property within 30 days at top dollar. The project included removal of furniture, trash, concrete blocks, wood, a mirror from the ceiling. It included painting the ceiling and all the walls, patching holes in the wall, Replacing all of the appliances and replacing the counter kitchen counter top. Eatate Cleanout.
